Terms & Conditions
Approved Manish Tiffins terms — subscription model, customer obligations, billing rules, and governing law.

1. Subscription Model
- Customers subscribe to daily lunch and/or dinner tiffin plans
- Subscriptions are billed per the selected meal plan and billing cycle
- Active subscriptions entitle scheduled meal deliveries on service days
- Plan changes take effect per the published cut-off schedule
- Paused or inactive subscriptions may not receive deliveries
2. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate contact and delivery information
- Maintain subscription in good standing with timely payment
- Notify address changes before the delivery cut-off
- Submit meal changes and skips through the customer portal before cut-off
- Use the customer portal responsibly and keep login credentials secure
3. Service Rules
- Meal change requests (skips, substitutions) must be submitted before cut-off
- Kitchen production schedules are finalised daily based on confirmed orders
- Deliveries are made to registered addresses within the service area
- Delivery windows are estimates; traffic and weather may cause delays
- Proof-of-delivery may be recorded for quality assurance
- Refund and credit rules are governed by the Refund, Credit & Settlement Policy
4. Billing Rules
- Invoices are generated per the billing cycle defined in your plan
- Payment is due as stated on the invoice
- Outstanding balances receive a grace period of 5 calendar days
- Service may be suspended after the grace period
- Billing disputes must be raised via the customer portal or support@manishtiffins.com
- Month-end settlement is the final authority for account closure
5. Service Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manish Tiffins is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid for the affected billing period.
- Service is limited to defined delivery areas in Mumbai
- Menu availability may vary based on kitchen production capacity
- Platform availability is subject to maintenance and force majeure
- Credits — not cash refunds — are the default remedy for most service adjustments
- The ₹200 delivery fee is never refundable under any circumstance
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
