Subscriptions, meal contents, PIN login, payment, skips, and cancellation — answered clearly.

Choose a meal plan, WhatsApp or call 9074896970, and we create your account. Billing is advance monthly payment on a calendar-month cycle. You then sign in to the customer portal with your mobile number and a 4-digit PIN.

Payment Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each calendar month.

  • Advance monthly payment is required before the billing cycle begins.
  • Billing cycle follows the calendar month.
  • Per-meal rates: Breakfast ₹100, Lunch ₹145, Dinner ₹145.
  • Monthly delivery charge: ₹200 per address (not refundable).
  • Invoices and payment history are available in the customer portal.
  • GST applies as per prevailing rates.

Skip Meal & Cancellation Policy

Credits are the default for skipped meals. Cash refunds are exception-based.

Skip meals

  • Skip meals from the customer portal before the cut-off time.
  • Lunch skip cut-off: before 8:00 PM the previous day.
  • Dinner skip cut-off: before 12:00 PM (noon) the same day.
  • Skipped meals are converted to credits for the next billing cycle — not cash refunds by default.

Cancellation

  • To stop or change a subscription, contact us on WhatsApp or through the portal support path.
  • Month-end settlement is the final authority for credits, adjustments, and any exception refunds.
  • The monthly delivery charge is never refundable.
