Payment Policy
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each calendar month.
- Advance monthly payment is required before the billing cycle begins.
- Billing cycle follows the calendar month.
- Per-meal rates: Breakfast ₹100, Lunch ₹145, Dinner ₹145.
- Monthly delivery charge: ₹200 per address (not refundable).
Skip Meal & Cancellation Policy
Credits are the default for skipped meals. Cash refunds are exception-based.
- Skip meals from the customer portal before the cut-off time.
- Lunch skip cut-off: before 8:00 PM the previous day.
- Dinner skip cut-off: before 12:00 PM (noon) the same day.
